Our client is seeking a UX Research Analyst to join their team. The Research Support role is a foundational position within the User Experience Research team, responsible for executing high-quality research work with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. This role partners closely with Research Leads to deliver insights that inform product, experience, and business decisions. It is designed for individuals who are building toward greater ownership and influence in research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute research activities end-to-end with reliability and strong attention to quality, including recruitment, data analysis, and documentation
- Translate research findings into clear insights, implications, and actionable recommendations
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and next steps, and follow through without requiring close direction
- Collaborate effectively with researchers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
- Communicate progress, findings, and questions clearly and consistently across projects
- Leverage AI tools and repeatable workflows to improve speed, rigor, and efficiency in research execution

- Delivers high-quality work on time and meets defined standards across multiple projects
- Produces clear, accurate analysis that connects findings to business implications
- Anticipates needs and contributes beyond assigned tasks with increasing ownership
- Builds trust through consistent communication and strong collaboration with partners

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research projects
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill insights clearly

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in leveraging AI to streamline research workflows and improve output quality
