Job Description
We are seeking a QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality validation for software solutions and a proven ability to translate technical outcomes into clear business insights and decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead quality planning across solution lifecycles.
- Design test and validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria.
- Interpret validation results and communicate impact, risk, and readiness to business stakeholders.
- Coordinate execution of test plans across cross-functional teams.
- Establish defect management practices and drive root-cause analysis.
- Report quality metrics and recommend release go/no-go decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in engineering or related discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in software quality validation or QA leadership.
- Proficiency with test planning, test case design, and validation methodologies.
- Ability to translate technical findings into business terms and actions.
- Experience with defect tracking and QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior work in Agile or Scrum environments.
