Summary:
We are seeking a Solution QA professional to lead quality assurance execution for new solutions and app launches across the product pipeline. This is an individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end quality planning, validation, and release readiness. The individual will work cross functionally with engineering, product, GTM, customer support, and external partners to protect customer experience and business outcomes.

Duties Include:
* Provide QA leadership for all new solutions and app launches across the pipeline
* Own QA planning and execution across functional, regression, end to end (E2E), and SIV testing
* Define and maintain QA strategy, test plans, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness checkpoints

Release Readiness & Risk Management:
* Define release readiness criteria and provide clear go/no go recommendations
* Track and communicate quality status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
* Drive defect triage, deduplication, and root cause analysis, clearly reporting key findings and customer impact

Beta, Validation & Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Lead internal and external Beta programs, including planning, execution, issue triage, and exit reporting
* Partner with engineering, product, marketing, GTM, support, and legal/compliance to assess and influence business impact
* Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and external vendors/partners

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-10 years of experience
* Engineering or software development background with strong understanding of the SDLC
* Hands-on experience in QA planning and execution for software, applications, or platform launches
* Experience with Agile/Sprint based development and CI/CD delivery models

Problem Solving & Execution:
* Strong capability in defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessment
* Ability to identify systemic issues, not just individual defects, and drive corrective action

Communication & Influence:
* Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority
* Clear, concise communicator able to translate technical quality risks into business relevant insights for senior stakeholders
* Experience supporting consumer-facing apps, connected devices, or platform-based solutions
* Experience working with external development or QA vendors
* Familiarity with release governance, store submissions, and post launch quality monitoring
