Business Systems Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvement and data-driven decision-making in Branford, Connecticut. This role focuses on analyzing system needs, reviewing business documentation, and translating operational requirements into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle-based environments, strong SQL and PL/SQL capabilities, and the ability to work across teams to strengthen enterprise systems.

Requirements

Extensive experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of enterprise applications and process documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work with Oracle technologies, including solid programming skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and the ability to connect business needs with system capabilities.
Experience reviewing business and technical documents to extract requirements, validate logic, and support solution design.
Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and presentation of actionable business insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Exposure to additional Oracle-related platforms or modules is preferred, with at least some prior hands-on Oracle experience required.
