🔎 ABOUT THE ROLE

──────────────────────────────────────

We are seeking two senior-level Project Managers with demonstrated leadership across PeopleSoft ERP upgrade initiatives AND Automation/AI programs. This is NOT a split-discipline role — each candidate must bring hands-on ownership across BOTH domains.

✅ WHAT YOU MUST HAVE (Non-Negotiable)

──────────────────────────────────────

► PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade Leadership

• Led PUM image upgrades and/or PeopleTools upgrades (8.5x → 8.6x)

• Managed retrofit strategy and customization impact analysis

• Coordinated SIT/UAT regression testing cycles

• Owned cutover planning and deployment execution

• Experience with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, or Commitment Accounting modules

► Automation / AI Program Leadership

• Led end-to-end RPA implementations (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent)

• Managed process discovery, bot deployment, and governance

• Led Conversational AI or chatbot programs

• Coordinated cross-functional teams (business + technical)

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead full lifecycle PeopleSoft upgrade projects

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

• Oversee cross-functional teams — functional, technical, and infrastructure

• Provide executive-level reporting and steering committee updates

• Manage concurrent ERP and automation workstreams simultaneously

• Align RPA/AI initiatives with broader ERP modernization strategy

🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

──────────────────────────────────────

• 7+ years of enterprise Project Management experience

• Proven PM-level ownership of PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrades (not participation)

• PeopleTools upgrade management experience

• End-to-end RPA implementation ownership

• Conversational AI or chatbot program leadership

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
