Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM Lead to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving platform strategy, governance, and delivery across enterprise PeopleSoft environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional leadership, deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and Financials, and proven experience leading large-scale implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the overall PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM Lead, owning platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery governance
  • Lead enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2
  • Provide functional and technical oversight across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and FSCM modules including GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Billing, Cash Management, and Budgeting
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex production issues and drive L3 support, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes
  • Govern PeopleSoft security, roles, permission lists, access reviews, and audit compliance requirements such as SOX and HIPAA
  • Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions for implementation teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, program teams, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Work effectively with distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations
  • Lead integration architecture using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP services, APIs, and third-party/vendor interfaces
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT leadership, vendors, and enterprise architecture teams
  • Oversee offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure quality, standards, and SLA adherence
  • Drive release management, UAT governance, deployment readiness, and change management processes
  • Ensure proper documentation, controls, and audit readiness for enterprise compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM in enterprise environments
  • Strong techno-functional leadership experience across HR, Payroll, and Financial modules
  • Deep expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL
  • Proven experience leading large-scale implementations and upgrades within Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, or Government sectors
  • Hands-on experience with US Payroll processing, controls, and reconciliations
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
  • Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft modernization initiatives or cloud-aligned strategies
  • Strong background in audit, compliance, governance, and regulated environments
  • Experience working with Telecom or Technology companies
  • Prior experience leading large distributed delivery teams

Education Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
