Job Title: Peoplesoft Quality Control Team Manager-HR Systems Programs
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Quality Control Team Manager to lead enterprise-level governance and program quality oversight across HR system initiatives. This role ensures consistent processes, delivery standards, and performance metrics across teams supporting large-scale HR and retirement-related system programs.

The manager will lead a small team responsible for validating operating practices, facilitating governance checkpoints, and strengthening delivery discipline across programs.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level governance and operating model oversight across Peoplesoft HR system initiatives
Provide cross-organizational program oversight to ensure consistent processes and quality standards
Ensure adoption of UAT, regression testing, release readiness, and post-release reviews
Track KPIs, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies across initiatives
Facilitate governance checkpoints and portfolio reporting
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

Experience supporting Peoplesoft HR, payroll, retirement, or benefits system initiatives

Strong program or product management experience in enterprise system environments
Experience implementing quality frameworks, testing governance, and delivery standards
Ability to coordinate across product, engineering, and business teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using AI or automation technologies to improve processes and operational efficiency

Experience working in large enterprise or complex organizational environments
