Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute innovative strategies that drive engagement, growth, and results across digital platforms. Based in Cerritos, California (in office T, W, R), this role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to mobile app promotion and user engagement.
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, Google Ads, and email marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
Oversee UX/UI design initiatives for mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and interface.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Analyze marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor app store performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance visibility and downloads.
Address project challenges and bottlenecks promptly to maintain smooth workflows.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and project progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Support additional marketing initiatives as needed to align with broader team objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing and project management roles.
Proven expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle complex projects.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and mobile app marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
