Location: Denver, Colorado (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated PC Replacement Technicians to join a high-performing team of IT professionals. Responsibilities include the replacement of desktop and laptop computers with accessories, including imaging, software installation, user data migration, configuration, asset tracking, deployment, and post-deployment support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Installs, upgrades, troubleshoots, and maintains endpoint hardware and software.
- Images computers and installs applications using in-house tools (SCCM / PXE boot).
- Responds to calls, chats, service tickets, and dispatched requests for technical support.
- Diagnoses and fixes endpoint network, software, and hardware issues.
- Installs and troubleshoots hardware and peripherals (printers, headsets, monitors, webcams, etc.).
- Communicates with users on proper computer uses and policies.
- Provides ad-hoc training to users and groups on hardware and software systems.
- Works with other IT teams on complex incident and request resolutions.
- Maintains a computerized inventory of computer equipment.
- Creates and maintains Knowledge-Based articles for support.
- Accurately records, updates, and documents requests using ServiceNow.
- It is vital that the candidate be available to work through EOY holidays due to the project schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service disposition with knowledge of multiple PC and tablet platforms.
- Experience supporting Windows 11.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience working in an operational environment with interaction with infrastructure, applications, and service management.
- ServiceNow experience.
- Experience and knowledge in ITIL process handling incident, change, and problem management.
- Independent self-starter able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must obtain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) clearance within 30 days of the start date.

- SCCM experience is a plus.
