Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager II in Houston, TX.

Summary:
The Project Manager will serve as primary point of contact for third-party vendors handling workstation decommissioning and installation across North America. Key requirements include strong communication and leadership skills, vendor management experience, and preferably experience with installations and procurement processes. The role involves managing 1-2 sites simultaneously with 4-6 week project durations.

The position requires approximately 60-75% travel time, with mandatory on-site presence during the first week of each project and potentially the final week for handoff. Work schedule varies based on site availability, potentially including early mornings, late afternoons, and occasional weekend work. Daily hours may extend to 10-12 hours depending on project needs. The HM emphasized that this is a travel-intensive role with night work, requiring flexibility and the ability to work in various locations across the US.

Responsibilities:
* Take ownership for communication with vendors who will be doing the physical decommissioning and installations of current workstations and installing new ones
* Travel to sites with vendors to be the point of contact
* Sign off on project install and check list that needs to be performed
* Kick off preliminary calls with sites
* Ordering via coupa
* Days can vary depending on the lifecycle of the project for the site

* Thrives in fast-paced, changing/growing organizations
* Responsive and flexible with individual responsibilities
* Comfortable with shifting priorities
* Organizational skills
* Ensures process steps are planned and executed reliably
* Strong communication skills
* Understandable and comfortable interfacing with senior leaders
* Collaboration with internal Ergo PMs and also site POCs
* Provide required metrics and updates for regular reporting for site level installs
* Flexibility in hours (may require some weekend work)
* Detailed oriented

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
