Hybrid Role in Boston, MA

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to lead SFMC strategy, platform optimization, and marketing automation initiatives. This role combines technical leadership, product ownership, and customer engagement strategy to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences across email, SMS, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio), AMPscript, SQL, APIs, and marketing automation, along with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams.

Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, Salesforce Data Cloud experience, and exposure to Agentforce.
