Job Details
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of complex structural engineering projects from design through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead structural design and coordination efforts across multiple projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from concept through construction
Oversee and mentor teams of engineers and BIM/modeling staff
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors
Ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
Participate in construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination
Qualifications:
7+ years of structural engineering experience (building design focus)
Strong background in steel and concrete structural systems
SE license required
Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience with seismic design and California codes preferred
Exposure to DSA or HCAI/OSHPD projects is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
