Global Marketing Portfolio Leader/ Project Manager,
High-Tech (M&A Integration & Brand Transition)
Experience Level: 10-15+ years
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Global Marketing Portfolio Manager
to lead marketing communications, portfolio strategy, and brand transitions
tied to major acquisitions within its business. This role will
play a critical leadership position in integrating newly acquired companies,
shaping value propositions, and driving consistent, global marketing execution
across regions, channels, and customer segments.
The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy,
creative leadership, and large-scale project/program management, with heavy
agency collaboration and global stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing communications, and portfolio/program management
  • Proven global marketing leadership experience across regions and time zones
  • Strong experience leading rebrands, brand positioning initiatives, or M&A integrations
  • Extensive experience managing creative agencies and large-scale marketing programs

Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration & Brand Transition
  • Lead global marketing and brand transition efforts for two major acquisitions, including rebranding and portfolio integration
  • Own execution of brand rollouts across digital, physical assets, sales materials, and facilities (30+ global locations)
  • Coordinate trademark and brand registration efforts with Legal

Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Management
  • Shape global portfolio strategy, messaging frameworks, and value propositions relevant across markets and industries
  • Develop positioning and communications to support commercial and sales teams worldwide
  • Translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives

Marketing Communications & Campaign Leadership
  • Lead creative and messaging workstreams across websites, social media, trade shows, and ABM campaigns
  • Partner with external agencies on brand, content, digital, and campaign execution
  • Oversee development of global sales enablement tools, pitch decks, brochures, and landing pages
  • Support thought leadership and industry presence at key trade shows

Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Provide end-to-end program and project management for large, global marketing initiatives
  • Lead weekly status reporting, progress tracking, and executive-ready presentations
  • Work seamlessly across regions, time zones, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Digital, Web, Legal, Agency partners)

MarTech & Digital Enablement
  • Collaborate with internal web and digital marketing teams on MarTech deployment and digital execution
  • Support highly targeted, persona-based ABM campaigns across industries

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience in global high-tech or industrial sectors
  • CPG leaders who have successfully transitioned into industrial or B2B environments
  • Cross-market and multinational marketing experience
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program leadership
  • Prior M&A integration or brand transition leadership (highly valued)
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $125.00/hr.
