Summary

TITLE- Senior Systems Administrator with infrastructure Experience

LOCATION- Miami, FL Local Only Hybrid Role

DURATION- 6 Months

INTERVIEW- VIDEO AND ONSITE

Cloud & Identity Services (Azure / Entra ID)

Administer Azure Enterprise Applications, including SSO, conditional access, and application lifecycle management
Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity governance, user provisioning, and security compliance
Deploy and support Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking resources
Implement Azure security controls and monitor compliance across cloud environments

Directory Services & Core Infrastructure

Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, OUs, and Group Policy
Manage DNS and DHCP services across hybrid environments
Support directory synchronization between on-prem AD and Azure AD

Virtualization & Resiliency

Design and manage virtualized infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar)
Optimize VM performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization
Implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions

AWS Operations

Support AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC networking, and security groups
Maintain hybrid connectivity between on-prem and AWS environments

Automation & Operations

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and administrative efficiency
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive improvements
Maintain technical documentation and follow change management and ITIL-based processes
Collaborate with application and security teams while enforcing governance standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration
Strong hands-on experience with Azure administration and enterprise identity services
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Experience with virtualization platforms and backup/disaster recovery solutions
Working experience with AWS services
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
