Summary

Must have skills:

  • A great understanding of UX research modalities and methods (generalist)
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated user research; including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, click test, card sorts, tree testing, etc.
  • Experience with testing platforms: Maze is mandatory
Nice to have Skills:
  • Glass Box and/or Qualtrics (additional optional )
  • 2.At least 3-4 years of experience working in finance, insurance, or healthcare (regulated industries)
  • Experience with AI Research
  • Great active listening skills
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects end-to-end
  • Collaboration with teammates and partners
  • Being open to feedback Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor minimum.
