SAP Fieldglass

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong hybrid functional and technical background to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrations between SAP Fieldglass and enterprise SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have expertise integrating SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with Fieldglass and experience evaluating modern integration approaches, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite (CPI) and ASAPIO solutions. This role will partner with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical architects to define integration strategies that support external workforce management and contingent labor processes. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary SME for SAP Fieldglass integrations across business andtechnical teams.

•Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAPECC/S/4HANA environments.

•Evaluate and recommend integration architecture leveraging SAP BTP IntegrationSuite (Cloud Integration/CPI) as middleware for data exchange.

•Assess and provide guidance on the use of ASAPIO integration capabilities as partof the overall integration strategy.

•Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understandbusiness requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

•Develop functional and technical specifications, interface mappings, andintegration documentation.

•Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across middleware and SAPapplications.

•Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

•Support system testing, UAT, deployment activities, and production stabilization.

•Provide technical leadership and best practices for future-state integration architecture.

Required Qualifications

•7+ years of SAP integration experience with at least 3 years focused on SAP Fieldglass.

•Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass integrations.

•Strong understanding of contingent workforce and services procurement business processes.

•Experience integrating Fieldglass with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

•Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI).

•Ability to bridge functional business requirements with technical integration design.

•Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, IDocs, XML, JSON, and SAP integration frameworks.

•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

•Experience with ASAPIO integration solutions and architecture.

•Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP Business Network integrations.

•Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite API Management and Event Mesh.

•Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

•SAP BTP and/or SAP Integration certifications.

•Experience supporting enterprise transformation projects involving SAP S/4HANA migrations.
