Summary:
Hiring A senior-level Process/Business Analyst role focused on analyzing and optimizing healthcare workflows, leveraging Epic EMR expertise and RPA tools (UiPath) to identify automation opportunities, create process documentation, calculate ROI, and collaborate with technical teams to implement intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency and standardization in healthcare operations.
Job Description
- Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation of healthcare workflows
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather requirements and understand pain points
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and detailed documentation
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities with clear ROI calculations
- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop business cases and value propositions for automation initiatives
- Guide process standardization and optimization efforts
- Support implementation and change management activities
Key Responsibilities
- 6+ years of experience in process/business analysis (healthcare preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath preferred) and automation concepts
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Required Skills & Experience
- Healthcare certifications (CRCR, RHIA) or RPA certifications
- Experience with healthcare systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Understanding of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI)
- Project management experience
