The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates has been retained by a premier client to identify a forward-thinking Enterprise Architect - Cyber to lead and modernize their overarching security landscape. In this high-impact, fully remote contract-to-hire position, you will act as a pivotal strategic advisor, shaping resilient cybersecurity paradigms across multi-cloud environments, co-location facilities, and next-generation artificial intelligence platforms. Partnering with StaffRight Associates positions you at the forefront of executive search, granting you direct visibility with senior decision-makers while championing enterprise-wide defense strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and propel an enterprise cybersecurity vision across cloud, hybrid hosting, and intelligent platforms using risk-aware, secure-by-design methodologies.

  • Pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence within defense operations, driving specialized safeguards for threat detection, model protection, regulatory alignment, and ethical governance.

  • Enforce standardized security frameworks, control mechanisms, and compliance policies spanning access management, data privacy, and continuous monitoring.

  • Maximize cross-environment telemetry and observability to gain full operational clarity into system behavior and potential vulnerabilities across legacy and smart systems.

  • Synthesize technical ecosystem health metrics to articulate clear current and target architectures while building long-term strategic roadmaps.

  • Translate overarching technology visions into clear guidelines, operational standards, and reusable architecture blueprints.

  • Champion cross-functional advisory efforts across risk management, software engineering, analytics, and compliance units to optimize technology delivery.

  • Leverage deep technical mastery across core security pillars to construct scalable and resilient technical infrastructures.

  • Evaluate emerging technological trends to deliver data-backed recommendations, risk trade-off analyses, and investment priorities to executive leaders.

  • Publish and maintain baseline reference materials to empower technical implementation teams toward uniform, enterprise-grade execution.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrate 7+ years of experience in system integration and Software Architecture Principles, with deep expertise in Cybersecurity Architecture.

  • Deploy enterprise security baselines and governance control frameworks across Cloud Infrastructure and On-Premises Environments.

  • Possess comprehensive technical proficiency across specialized domains including Identity And Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Network Security, Application Security, and SIEM / SOAR Platforms.

  • Utilize recognized Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and modeling software to guide major technology transformation initiatives.

  • Exhibit strong executive communication skills to convey complex technical concepts and multi-year roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

  • Apply specialized domain knowledge regarding Artificial Intelligence Security, Machine Learning Safeguards, threat monitoring, and Responsible AI Governance.

  • Leverage practical familiarity with major providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

  • Hold a Bachelor''s Degree In A Technical Discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience (totaling 11+ years).

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Pay Range: $75.00 – $100.00 per hour (W2). TBD

  • Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (United States).

  • Engagement Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire.
