We re Hiring: IT Operations Specialist | Leatherman Tool Group
Leatherman Tool Group is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our team and help support the technology that keeps our people connected, productive, and secure.
In this role, you ll provide hands-on support across our enterprise desktop environment, support both on-site and remote employees, and play a key role in standardizing and improving our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and delivering excellent customer support.
What you ll do:
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a customer-first mindset
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD user access
- Install, configure, and patch operating systems and applications
- Support security updates and endpoint management
- Implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual work
- Participate in IT projects and system upgrades
What we re looking for:
- 3+ years of desktop hardware and software support experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Familiarity with tools like PowerShell, MECM, and remote support platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and desire to continuously learn
