We are currently working on a Lead - AI-Powered Test Automation role and would like your support in identifying strong candidates. This is a highly specialized requirement, and we are looking for quality over quantity.

📌 Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level engineer to lead the design and development of AI-powered test automation frameworks using LLM technologies. The role requires a strong combination of automation architecture experience, solid programming skills, and hands-on AI/LLM usage.

💼 Role Details

Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C/1099)
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Experience Level: 8+ years

✅ Must-Have Requirements (All Mandatory)

8+ years in QA / Test Automation / SDET / Development
Proven experience building or owning automation frameworks (not just writing test scripts)
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
Demonstrated hands-on use of AI/LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in testing or development

Must include real use cases (test generation, debugging, code analysis, etc.)

Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)
Strong experience with API testing and integration/system testing
