Summary

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling AI Automation, Agentic AI, Data, and Digital Engineering solutions. This is a quota-carrying, client-facing role focused on new logo acquisition, consultative selling, and building long-term enterprise relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling technology consulting services and engaging with enterprise customers across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, and SaaS industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Drive new business acquisition across Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Enterprise SaaS.
  • Engage with Directors, VPs, CIOs, CTOs, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Position AI Automation, Agentic AI, Data, and Digital Engineering solutions to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with Presales and Delivery teams to develop solution proposals, business cases, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and networking.
  • Present value-driven solutions with clear ROI to executive leadership.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, sales forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

Required Skills

  • 5–10 years of Enterprise B2B Technology Sales experience.
  • Strong experience selling AI, Automation, Data, Cloud, or Digital Engineering services.
  • Proven success in enterprise solution selling and quota achievement.
  • Experience engaging with CXOs, Directors, and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience preparing proposals, business cases, and SOWs.
