Role Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 12/31/2026

Preferred Location: Remote with travel as needed

Role Description:
Lead the transition of reporting processes to cloud-based solutions, with a focus on UCL, Financial Reporting (FinR), and regulatory/SEC reporting. This role is responsible for aligning business processes, policies, and controls with cloud capabilities to support accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple workstreams, including UCL, FinR, and regulatory/SEC reporting.
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Drive alignment between existing business processes and cloud functionality.
Support the delivery of regulatory and SEC reporting requirements within the cloud environment.
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure efficient, on-time project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale projects.
Proven experience managing multiple Agile boards.
Experience working on an Oracle Financials Cloud project is preferred
Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and Scrum cadences and ceremonies.
Experience in banking and financial services environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Scrum Master certification preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
