Description Objective
Lead end-to-end implementation of 3DExperience module rollouts at the enterprise level in partnership with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams. Strategize, plan, and execute workshops and implementation activities by capturing tasks and creating detailed work breakdown structures. Align with project stakeholders on resource commitments and manage vendor engagement to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Requires in-depth knowledge of the 3DExperience platform architecture, security model, functional modules, schema, and integration capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Enovia 3DExperience module implementations and new PLM capability rollouts with business SMEs/process owners, PLM IT teams, and extended IT teams by driving decisions and developing detailed execution plans
- Lead cross-functional and cross-team discussions to plan data migration, configuration development, and system integration infrastructure needs
- Conduct project due diligence with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to scope work, uncover risks, and estimate resource needs
- Communicate project status regularly to project stakeholders, PMO, and business track owners
- Create detailed project plans with task-level information, phases, milestones, and critical path items to provide visibility to stakeholders
- Actively manage day-to-day project activities and maintain project plans, AIDRs, and to-do lists through daily status meetings
- Coordinate with PLM teams, extended IT teams, and vendors to execute data migration from source systems to Enovia PLM
- Plan and manage configuration development activities with vendors; coordinate application testing with PLM teams and UAT with business users
- Plan go-live cutover activities with business, IT, and vendors and secure agreement across all involved teams
- Develop go-live readiness plans and post-go-live application support strategies
- Manage application rollout and cutover activities for end users
- Monitor and manage project risks and budgets on an ongoing basis
- Present project progress to steering committees and executive stakeholders
- Attend and present weekly project status updates to the IT PMO
Requirements Required Skills
10-12 years of IT experience managing enterprise-level business applications; preferably 3-5 years working with Enovia PLM5-7 years of enterprise project management experience leading PLM initiatives with delivery and budget accountability3-4 years of experience managing cross-functional teams within a matrixed environmentFamiliarity with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, SRM, and Oracle ERPStrong ability to drive consensus and alignment across multiple project tracks and teamsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively on complex projects with globally distributed teams1-2 years of experience designing and configuring Enovia PLM applications (preferred, not required)Proven ability to lead teams without direct authorityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to summarize complex information for presentations to broad audiencesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
