Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in JAVA/J2EE to enhance visibility into our TIBCO platform and application health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance, failures, latency, dependencies, and operational impact through Dynatrace. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to create dashboards that provide insights into key transactions, latency, failures, throughput, and infrastructure dependencies.

Responsibilities:

•             Lead the implementation of Dynatrace for TIBCO services and components, ensuring all relevant metrics are captured and displayed.

•             Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into application performance and health.

•             Monitor key transactions, latency, failures, and throughput, and document alert ownership and escalation paths.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and operational impacts.

•             Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on application health and performance metrics.

•             Ensure compliance with best practices in performance monitoring and incident management.

•             Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on JAVA/J2EE best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

•             Strong expertise in JAVA/J2EE development.

•             Proven experience with TIBCO services and components.

•             Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.

•             Ability to create and manage performance dashboards.

•             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

•             Experience with other monitoring tools and frameworks.

•             Familiarity with cloud-based environments and microservices architecture.

•             Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

•             Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•             7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application performance monitoring.

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time.
