We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst for a role within a Fraud Technology team. This position is responsible for understanding the technical components and systems to drive project delivery for multiple concurrent projects. The role involves capturing and supporting the delivery of business and system requirements to accomplish business goals. The ideal candidate will work independently to gain a working knowledge of the business and technical domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture requirements, and perform impact analysis.
- Collaborate with multiple Development Teams to refine requirements into executable specifications.
- Manage releases into different environments, including production, across various development teams.
- Ensure full traceability from requirements through implementation, testing, and production validation.
- Gather requirements and document them in Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epics, stories, flow diagrams, data maps, test plans, and use cases.
- Coordinate end-to-end project deliveries, from requirement gathering through testing.
- Provide subject matter expertise within the technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years of technical experience, with at least 5+ years in a technology delivery team as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager. A minimum of 4 years of experience with the agile methodology is required, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst driving a minimum of five concurrent technology projects.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, and ALM for requirements and SDLC. Experience with agile development teams comprised of developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, and testers is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Experience with Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or Claims.
- Previous development experience is a plus.
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week on-site in Newark, DE, starting from day one.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $48.00 to $53.56 per hour. Please note that this is a contract role and benefits eligibility may vary.
