Summary

Core Responsibilities
  • Process Design & Optimization: Map current "as-is" workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design efficient "future-state" processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between business units, management, and technical/automation teams.
  • Change Management: Lead implementation initiatives and train staff on new operational standards or software systems.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Key Skills Needed
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect complex operational data and find root causes for inefficiencies.
    • Project Management: Experience managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Communication: Clear translation of business requirements into actionable or technical specifications.
    • Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks
