An Agile Scrum Master and Project Manager is sought to manage a project/program, with responsibility for the end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of medium complexity. This role requires a broad technical background with 3-tiered applications and experience operating in production environments. The position involves managing, leading, and directing the work efforts of resources and integrating various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Application and Database Services initiatives supporting infrastructure modernization and risk mitigation programs.
- Oversee end-to-end management and delivery of complex material change projects across multiple departments.
- Drive, track, and plan project execution activities to align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, and align resources to key project roles.
- Lead project execution, integration, and implementation while managing risks and mitigation planning.
- Handle stakeholder management, readiness, and change adoption.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to Enterprise Change standards for Program and Project Management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating status across teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end program, project, and financial management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. An IT infrastructure background is preferred, particularly in Application Integration, Database Platforms, and Identity Management.
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
