  • Serve as the delivery lead for real estate platforms such as Tango, Lucernex, or similar lease and portfolio management systems.
  • Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams to support functionalities like site approvals, lease abstraction, critical date tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate system integrations with ERP, finance, data, and document management platforms to ensure seamless operation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating clear communication throughout project cycles.
  • Lead vendor relationships, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and deliverables are maintained with implementation partners and software providers.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, including change control, status reporting, and documentation protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively; manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting in partnership with Finance.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging system capabilities, supporting change management, and ensuring post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise IT or PMO environments.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate lifecycle processes, including site selection, lease management, critical date tracking, and financial obligations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors successfully.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating real estate management systems with ERP or financial platforms.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
  • Background working in retail, restaurant, or multi-site real estate environments.
  • Experience in process optimization, digital transformation, or automation initiatives.
