Top Requirements:4+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, or AnalyticsStrong understanding of data governance, data risks, and enterprise data management principlesExcellent communication skills with ability to present insights to executive stakeholdersPlusses:Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environmentsExperience supporting data strategy or customer analytics initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experienceExperience contributing to business cases or strategic initiativesStrong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into insightsJob Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Data Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Data Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Data Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Data Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Data Management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Support data analysis efforts contributing to Customer ADS strategy development
- Gather and analyze data to support enterprise data initiatives and decision-making
- Assist in development of business cases for strategic data investments
- Partner with stakeholders across business units and leadership teams
- Assess data management risks, governance practices, and enterprise data processes
- Communicate findings and insights in clear, concise, and business-friendly terms
- Collaborate in a matrixed environment to align data initiatives with business priorities
- Contribute to documentation and reporting related to data management and governance
- Support execution of enterprise data simplification and transformation initiatives
- Translate complex data concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines and expectations
