Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Funds and Grants Management Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation. The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities related to budgeting, fund management, and federal/state grant administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct design workshops and gather requirements from Finance and business stakeholders.
• Configure and support SAP Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM).
• Implement budgeting, budget distribution, and availability control.
• Support the complete grant lifecycle, including award setup, billing, financial reporting, and closeout.
• Integrate Funds and Grants Management with SAP FI/CO and Project System (PS).
• Support data migration, functional specifications, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure accurate financial and grant reporting.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of SAP experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Funds Management (FM) and SAP Grants Management (GM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least two full S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, Budget Control System (BCS), and Availability Control (AVC).
• Experience managing the grant lifecycle, including awards, billing, reporting, and closeout.
• Integration experience with SAP FI/CO and Project System (PS).
• Experience with functional configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
