Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications and reporting solutions. This role involves working with modern Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing business applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React JS, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and DevOps with experience modernizing legacy applications and developing enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and queries.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports.
• Design and support cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and production issues across the technology stack.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational guides.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement cloud governance and security best practices.
• Support legacy application modernization and enterprise data migration initiatives.
• Monitor application performance and resolve performance, reliability, and data integrity issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and release activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using:

  • React JS
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
• Extensive SQL Server experience including database design, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle databases and legacy data migration.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
• Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (Section 508 or WCAG).
• Experience modernizing legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
