Location: Plano or San Antonio, TX
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years experience, intermediate level (explicitly avoid entry-level and avoid 10-year veterans unless deliberately stepping down)
• General InfoSec familiarity
• ServiceNow experience (core ticketing)
• Strong written/verbal communication — coordinates with IT teams via Slack, email, Zoom
• Data analysis / Excel — some remediation tracking happens via spreadsheet, not just ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
• #1: ServiceNow SecOps module experience — Jeff calls this the “holy grail,” rare in contractors, is the team’s day-to-day tool
• #2: Any ServiceNow admin experience — “added advantage” per SME
#3: Familiarity with scanning tools like Qualys
