Position Description:
We are seeking 6 talented and dedicated OPAL Organization Change-Readiness Leads for a Contract role based in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity offers an engaging environment where you will lead change management initiatives, support departmental readiness, and facilitate smooth system implementations within a vital public sector project. The position involves working closely with stakeholders to prepare for, implement, and reinforce new processes and systems related to OPAL program upgrades. Flexibility for remote work may be available depending on project needs. Ideal candidates thrive in collaborative settings, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record in organizational change management for large-scale system deployments.

Top Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective
• Proven experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and deliver impactful presentations
