What this person will do:
- Work directly with department leaders, stakeholders, and impacted users to assess and manage change readiness
- Identify readiness gaps/issues and help departments prepare for implementation
- Coordinate department participation in system/process validation, testing, training, communications, and data conversion validation
- Partner with the central Change Management team to drive user adoption
- Help departments understand and adopt new standardized business processes
- Track readiness activities and communicate progress, risks, and issues to the project team
What we need:
- Strong hands-on Organizational Change Management / Change Readinessexperience
- Experience supporting a large ERP or enterprise transformation
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with change communications, training/readiness activities, testing, and user adoption
- Understanding of the SDLC from a change-management perspective
- Ability to independently work with multiple business stakeholder groups
- Workday Financials / Supply Chain implementation experience is highly preferred
- Large public-sector/decentralized organization experience is preferred
- Philadelphia-area candidates preferred
Important: This is not a technical Workday role and not a traditional Project Manager role. We need hands-on change management professionals who have helped business users and departments successfully prepare for and adopt a major ERP implementation.
