Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Manager Mid to oversee substation construction projects. This role is responsible for the successful execution of projects through effective project management, construction oversight, and financial administration. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team environment to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of substation construction projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee construction management activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Perform financial management duties, including budget tracking and resource allocation, to keep projects within established financial parameters.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate project schedules and deliverables.
Utilize project management software and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree.
5-10 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in Project Management, Construction and Financial Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management (PM) software.
Strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate teamwork and project coordination.
Preferred Skills & Experience
PMP Certification.
Specific experience in Electrical Construction or the Utility industry.
