Join a global industry leader in Houston, TX, as a Business Solutions Manager to drive innovation and transformation within the Record to Report (RTR) function. This in-office position is perfect for a strong SAP FICO technical lead ready to champion cross-functional projects and align technology solutions with critical business outcomes. You will have significant responsibility, working closely with various leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Technical Champion for the RTR value stream, supporting end-to-end processes, driving innovation, and successful global transformation initiatives.
  • Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements, oversee process governance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders, providing information for leadership-level decision-making and identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience and relevant certifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP techno-functional support or corporate financial systems roles, with proven expertise implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO, Treasury, FA, and Project modules.
  • Demonstrated experience leading value streams during SAP implementations or providing long-term support to RTR.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting requirements and expertise in cross-functional integrations between FICO, SD, MM, and PP.
  • Strong leadership competencies and proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, meeting challenging deadlines.
