SAP Instructional Designer & Trainer

Job Title: SAP Instructional Designer & Trainer
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 06 months +
Experience: 10+ years (SAP-focused)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP training using adult learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
• Conduct live, hands-on training across SAP S/4HANA modules (EAM, PTP, RTR, OTC, PS, FSM)
• Develop training content using SAP Enable Now and manage learning delivery via LMS platforms
• Support user readiness and adoption during SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Collaborate with business and senior stakeholders under tight timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA process knowledge and system navigation
• Proven experience delivering training to global, diverse audiences
• Mandatory experience with SAP Enable Now
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• SAP Enable Now certification
• Experience in large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Background in asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing)
• Exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM)
