Role: Lead SAP FICO/COPA Functional Consultant
Duration: 3+ Months Contract to hire
Location: Easton, PA
 
First Round Video Interview and Final Round will be Inperson in Eston, PA
 
 
-Rolling out SAP to local offices
-50/50 COPA & FICO
-10 years' experience with SAP
-3 days per week onsite can flex to 2 if they are the perfect fit but don't lead with that information
-Needs excellent communication skills, this has been a struggle
-Need to be collaborative, team player, not overconfident, not cocky, etc.
Sr. SAP Consultant-FICO/COPA is responsible for the maintenance and enhancements in SAP FICO module with experience in COPA. Responsibilities include supporting the business in FICO/COPA areas, including, production issue resolution, implementing new functionalities and enhancements, testing and end user training.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide production support and implement new functionality and enhancements in FICO / COPA modules in ECC
  • Develop design specification documents and work with the technical developers in implementing solutions in FICO and COPA module
  • Provide training to end users
  • Support the finance department in the areas of AR/AP/P&L/GL/Balance sheet Dispute Management/Credit Management.
  • Strong knowledge in COPA module is a must
  • Hands on design and configuration is a must
  • Analyze business requirements and perform customizing, configuration, integration, upgrades, testing, documentation preparation, implementation and operational support for FICO / COPA module in the below areas
    • Financial master data related to vendor, customer, bank, cost center, general ledger
    • Cost element / center accounting, Profit center accounting and Product costing
    • Dispute and collection management
    • Supporting and implementing solutions in COPA reporting module
    • Exposure to EDI/ALE/IDOCS
    • Experience in integration areas with SD, MM and PP modules
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP ECC FICO and COPA functional area.
  • 4 years college degree in finance preferred
  • Experience in Leading SAP projects
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be able to work on simultaneous projects
  • Knowledge in US GAAP, taxation is a plus
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
