Title: Salesforce Production Support Consultant
Position: Remote
Type: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Required Skills :

Salesforce Health Cloud experience
Leadership experience in Salesforce Production Support experience; comfortable with Production Support hands-on but also leading the functionally of problem solving for the team, dealing with stakeholders, design.
Salesforce Design experience with external integrations (data loads in Jiva) - willing to jump in and not just step out if it's slightly outside Salesforce wheelhouse
Understand what the customer is missing, why it is a high priority, how you deal with stakeholders.
Experience dealing with challenging stakeholders.
8+ years Salesforce development expertise (Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL Salesforce Object Query Language integrations).
Strong troubleshooting and rootcause analysis across complex enterprise environments.
Leadership ability capable of owning escalations and guiding a support team, not just working the queue.
High accountability mindset with ownership from incident start to resolution.
Experience working in an onshore offshore delivery model.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
