Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Solutions Architect

Full time, direct hire

Remote, with 20% travel as needed

Candidates cannot live in California.

Candidates must be able to work on the client's W2 without sponsorship both now and in the future.

Since this is a full time role, there are no C2C or 1099 options.

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to play a critical role in our enterprise-wide ERP & HCM transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. In this highly visible position, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating business requirements into integrated system designs, guiding large-scale initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future-ready solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Designs and implements complex architectural solutions. Leads the development of new systems and applications, ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy.
  • Responsible for translating the customer's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites, and typically measured by utilization (i.e., billable hours).
  • Leads complex IT projects, oversees project budgets and timelines. Leads vendor selection and management.
  • Conducts comprehensive architecture reviews. Provides expert guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation.
  • Serves as architectural subject matter expert.
  • Proactively identifies and evaluates new technologies. Recommends adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Ensures compliance and adheres to industry standards. Follows compliance requirements and security guidelines.
  • Provides advice and guidance on complex technical issues. Mentors and coach's technical staff. May act as a team lead.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.


What you'll need to have:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HCM or ERP migration to Oracle Fusion.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% for key meetings, trainings, or conferences.

  • Thorough understanding of service lifecycle management principles and best practices.
