We are currently seeking an experienced System Support Technician to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, the City of Austin's Austin Energy (AE).
Work Hours and Location
8:00AM-12:00PM CST (flexible)
Job Location: Remote
The successful candidate will provide back-end support for Austin Energy s Safety Incident Management System (Cority), which is also used for other enterprise-level functions. The position will perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
8+ years of:
- Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
- Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system.
Preferred (Optional):
3+ years of:
- Experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically.
- Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
1-3 years of:
- Provide professional technical customer service to users
1+ year of:
- Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
