Responsibility
10–12+ years QA experience
5+ years in Automation (Selenium, Cypress)
Strong ERP/CRM: Infor Syteline, Oracle NetSuite, EPICOR, Salesforce
Experience in Q2C, P2P, Financials workflows
Lead end-to-end QA for ERP/CRM systems
Test planning, execution, defect management
Handle SIT, UAT, regression & integration testing
API & automation testing exposure
Team leadership & stakeholder coordination
We are seeks a Quality Assurance (Test) Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for our Enterprise Applications department managing different IT ERP/CRM systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with company standards, and ensuring execution of test cycles that includes Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials and other Integration process flows.
The ideal candidate would have engineered-to-order domain expertise, experience in test planning and execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, exposure to test automation, including Tosca, is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for different ERP/CRM applications.
Ensure comprehensive functionality, integration, regression, performance, SIT and UAT testing.
Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
Perform cross-functional and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent applications performance of new and existing process flows.
