Job Title: AI Product Manager

Location: Denver, CO (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, and expertise in prompt engineering. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, intelligent solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-based solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI/ML products.
• Translate business requirements into AI use cases, product features, and technical requirements.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to continuously improve AI models and outputs.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive AI-driven user experiences.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology-driven environments.
• 4+ years of experience working with AI/ML products (NLP, LLMs, Generative AI).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT models).
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model evaluation, and deployment strategies.
• Experience in building GenAI applications, chatbots, or AI copilots.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• MBA or equivalent business/technical degree is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI.
• Exposure to data analytics tools and visualization platforms.
