Description:
Role Overview

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires hands-on assembly skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with tools and small to medium-sized components in a manufacturing environment.
This job will have the following responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools and fixtures
Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials
Perform alignment, fitting, fastening, and basic adjustments of components
Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Identify, document, and report assembly issues or defects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support production schedules and meet quality and productivity requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and instructions
Familiarity with hand tools and basic measuring instruments
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Skills

Experience with electromechanical or precision assemblies
Cleanroom or controlled-environment experience
Basic computer skills for documentation or work tracking
