Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role focuses on managing low-voltage systems, physical security installations, and structured cabling while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be essential to achieving project success.
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including design, deployment, commissioning, and closeout.
Coordinate activities with contractors, IT personnel, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and progress reports to monitor project performance.
Conduct site visits to evaluate work quality, adherence to safety standards, and project milestones.
Review construction designs and specifications for accuracy and practical implementation.
Oversee procurement processes, track materials, and manage subcontractor relationships.
Document project updates, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
Lead client communications to ensure transparency and alignment with expectations.
Implement standardized methodologies for project delivery and scheduling across the organization.
Facilitate weekly meetings to review schedules, resource allocation, and project progress.

Requirements The successful Sr. Project Manager will have:
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing physical security, low-voltage systems, or infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of handling large-scale, multi-site deployments or complex systems projects.
Strong skills in developing and managing project schedules and resource planning.
Expertise in managing project financials, including budgets and margin performance.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with diverse teams.
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Salesforce.
Knowledge of methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches to project management.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP certification; Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with security platforms (access control systems, video surveillance).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, PSA platforms, Microsoft Project, Salesforce/CRM integration).

Travel is occasionally required for this position. Must have a valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.
