Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architecture, design, and integrations, and will be responsible for building scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions focusing on CSM and CPQ modules
Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and configuration of ServiceNow applications
Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware
Define system architecture, data flows, and best practices for scalable and secure implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts within ServiceNow
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to governance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Support release management, deployment, and CI/CD processes
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)
Experience with ServiceNow CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Expertise in system design, architecture, and solutioning
Strong experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware)
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI customization
Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow CSM CIS Certification
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub
Exposure to ServiceNow Flow Designer and Automation
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
