Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Lead with strong experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/SPO) along with core ServiceNow platform expertise. This role will focus on solution design, governance, integrations, and enterprise platform architecture.

Required Skills

10+ years IT experience
Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / SPO
Portfolio planning, demand management, and project governance
ITSM, ITOM, CMDB experience
CSDM and CMDB governance
IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations
Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules
Service Portal and catalog development
Platform upgrade and instance strategy experience

Responsibilities

Design ServiceNow SPM/SPO solutions
Implement portfolio and demand management workflows
Define CMDB and CSDM architecture
Lead integrations and platform design
Work with stakeholders and business teams
Provide technical leadership and best practices

Nice to Have

PPM / APM experience
Performance Analytics
