Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect 

Location: West Region (Hybrid, must work West Coast hours)
Engagement: 10+ months

Role Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer/Architect with experience in managing offshore teams to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+. This hands-on leadership role involves end-to-end delivery oversight, ensuring alignment with business objectives, platform best practices, and scalable enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead architect for ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation.
  • Define architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs.
  • Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews.
  • Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Partner with developers and admins to validate configurations and integrations.
  • Provide technical project management oversight including timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional and offshore development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations).
  • Proven experience in technical project management or delivery management.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing offshore teams.
  • Previous enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
