Itron is seeking lead Architect as part of responsibility / to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ and drive end‑to‑end delivery across multiple enterprise workflows. This role requires strong architectural leadership, technical PM capabilities, and the ability to guide development teams while ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the lead architect for Itron’s ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation.
· Define architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs.
· Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews.
· Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
· Partner with developers and admins to validate configurations and integrations.
· Provide technical PM oversight: timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
· Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Required Skills
· 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design
· Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations)
· Technical PM or delivery management experience
· Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations
· Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex programs
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
