Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in CSM Pro+ to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery across enterprise workflows.

This role requires a hands-on architect who can also manage offshore/onshore teams, provide technical program leadership, and ensure alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ solutions
  • Define solution architecture, data models, workflows, and integration patterns
  • Drive technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders for successful delivery
  • Provide technical program management oversight (timelines, risks, dependencies)
  • Lead and manage offshore/onshore teams in a global delivery model
  • Establish governance, best practices, and continuous improvement processes

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience (architecture & solution design)
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations)
  • Experience in technical project/program management or delivery leadership
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with FSM, ITAM, or additional ServiceNow modules
  • Exposure to Agile / SAFe environments
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale implementations

Additional Details

  • Must be comfortable working in PST time zone
  • Strong preference for candidates with offshore team management experience
  • This is a high-priority role with quick interview turnaround
